Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment to Accessibility
Wicked Problem Solving Inc. ("WPS", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing a website and digital learning experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.
We believe that clear thinking should be accessible to everyone. Inclusion is foundational to our mission of helping individuals and organizations solve complex problems. We are committed to designing experiences that support participation across a broad range of abilities, backgrounds, and learning needs.
We take accessibility seriously and are actively working to improve the usability and accessibility of our website and online courses.
1. Accessibility Standards and ADA Alignment
We strive to align our digital properties with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These standards are widely recognized as the benchmark for digital accessibility and are commonly referenced in connection with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar accessibility regulations.
Our efforts include:
- Reviewing website structure and navigation for keyboard accessibility
- Improving color contrast and text readability
- Supporting screen reader compatibility where feasible
- Providing descriptive alternative text for images
- Evaluating video and downloadable materials for accessibility improvements
Please Note
While we are committed to making reasonable efforts toward accessibility, we do not warrant that our Services will comply with every aspect of WCAG standards at all times. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and improvements are implemented on a continual basis as part of our digital development efforts.
2. Third-Party Platforms
Portions of our Services are delivered through third-party platforms, including Shopify and LearnWorlds. While we select reputable providers and encourage accessibility best practices, we do not control all aspects of third-party systems. Accessibility features within those platforms may depend on their infrastructure and updates.
If you encounter accessibility barriers within a third-party platform, please contact us and we will do our best to assist or identify an alternative solution.
3. Ongoing Review and Improvement
We regularly evaluate our website and course environment to identify areas for improvement. Accessibility considerations are incorporated into new design and content development processes whenever possible.
We welcome feedback from users to help us improve accessibility and usability. If something is not working for you, please let us know — your experience directly informs how we improve.
4. Requesting Accessibility Assistance
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website, courses, or materials — or if you require an accommodation — we encourage you to contact us. When reaching out, please include:
- A description of the issue encountered
- The webpage, course, or material involved
- The device and browser being used, if known
We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative access or assistance in a timely manner, consistent with applicable law.
