“WPS Plays stack together in a modular fashion to address increasingly complex challenges. Simply Genius!
Not a day goes by that I do not leverage WPS in discussions with clients and colleagues. It has become part of my professional DNA.
Every meeting becomes a Map
Every meeting type in Meeting Mastery comes with a Meeting Map, a designed arc that moves a room from open to close. Each step on the Map is a Play: a proven activity with a clear question, a task, and a tip. Learn the Plays once and you can run any of the twelve Maps.

Master the 12 most common meeting types.

Tom Wujec
Thirty years of visual facilitation, distilled into a masterclass for people who run meetings.
Tom Wujec created Wicked Problem Solving®, a visual method for thinking through hard problems together. He is a founding professor at Singularity University, has given six TED talks watched more than 15 million times, and is widely known for his work in visual thinking.
He began as a creative director at the Royal Ontario Museum, building large-scale interactive exhibits that toured the Louvre, the Smithsonian, and the National Gallery in London. His work in 3D visualization earned an Academy Award, and he has written five bestselling books on creativity, design, and visual thinking.
Meeting Mastery is where all of that comes together. The method is visual by design: you draw, map, and make ideas visible, which moves a room where talking in circles never could. Tom took the visual techniques he spent decades refining for executives and large teams and built them into a step-by-step course any professional can follow, taught in the same sequence he uses in the room.
“You don't solve hard problems by talking more. You solve them by making ideas visible.”
