Autodesk
Autodesk wanted to grow contract value with their most strategic customers. WPS partnered with the team to identify the highest-impact growth levers, then built a training program and enterprise playbooks covering data strategy, executive engagement, and project delivery to equip sales teams to act on them at scale.

Walmart
Walmart's leadership team saw storytelling as an underused lever for customer experience and frontline engagement, but needed shared clarity on how to put it to work at scale. WPS designed an immersive executive workshop with excursions and conversations with industry luminaries, building leadership alignment on storytelling as a strategic capability across the business.
WORKSHOP
Global pharmaceutical leader
A global pharmaceutical leader needed to understand how emerging technology could reshape every part of their business and where to prioritize investment. WPS mapped value creation with their leadership and financial teams, then built a panoramic visual "museum" the team could literally walk through, showing how technology shifts in drug creation, HCP engagement, risk management, human resources and more connected to enterprise-wide opportunity.

A six-time TED speaker with 15 million+ views, he's facilitated over 400 keynotes and workshops with Fortune 500 leadership teams across manufacturing, pharma, finance, and technology.
He is also a founding professor at Singularity University, author of five books on creativity and design, and has designed programs for TED and XPRIZE Visioneering. At WPS, Tom leads strategic engagements alongside senior WPS Fellows, leaders in visual thinking from across industries, who run targeted workshops with enterprise clients worldwide.

Pricing varies based on scope, format, and team size. Every engagement is custom-quoted after a scoping conversation. We don't run free pilots, trials, or speculative work.
Workshops run from half-day to multi-day, with 8 to 50 participants. Course licensing scales from cohorts of 25 to enterprise rollouts of 1,000+. Custom programs and embedded capability work range from a few weeks to multiple quarters.
Yes. Every engagement starts with an NDA. We routinely work with confidential strategy, unreleased products, and sensitive organizational information.
Both. Most senior leadership work happens in-person where the visual method has the most impact in the room. Capability programs and licensed courses scale well in virtual and hybrid formats.
